- Job Street Addresses: We store physical addresses of job sites to calculate and provide the most efficient travel routes for your workday.
- Account Credentials: Securely stored credentials used to access the RoutePro platform.
B. Processed (Non-Stored) Information
To facilitate customer communication, our system temporarily accesses the following data from your connected third-party job portals:
- Customer Phone Numbers: When the automated texter is triggered, our system retrieves the customers' phone numbers in real-time. This information is never saved, cached, or stored in our database. It is used strictly for the duration of the SMS transmission and then immediately discarded.
- Customer Names: Your customers' names are accessed when we log into job portals on your behalf. This information is never saved, cached, or stored in our database. It is used strictly for the duration of the Pickup Releaser.
- Login Credentials for Each Job Portal: We temporarily use your login credentials for each job portal to get the required job information. This information is never saved, cached, or stored in our database. It is used strictly for the duration of either the Pickup Releaser, Router, or Texter.
3. How We Use Your Data
We use the data provided to:
- Generate optimized multi-stop routes for your daily jobs.
- Automate SMS arrival communications to your customers.
- Aggregate job data from your various portals into a single dashboard.
4. Third-Party Services
We share specific data with providers necessary to run the app:
- Mobile Message: We use Mobile Message as our bulk SMS provider. Only the destination phone number and the message content are shared with them for delivery.
- Job Portals: Our app logs into your designated portals on your behalf. We do not control the privacy practices of these third-party platforms.
