By accessing or using RoutePro, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the service.

2. Description of Service

RoutePro provides a workflow automation tool for contractors that gets job data from third-party portals, provides route optimization, and facilitates automated arrival-window SMS notifications via Mobile Message.

3. User Responsibilities & Customer Consent

This is a critical section: By using the automated messaging feature, you represent and warrant that:

• You have obtained the necessary explicit consent from your customers to contact them via SMS regarding their job status.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the credentials provided to access third-party job portals.
• You will not use this service for spam or any communication outside of professional job arrival-window notifications.

4. Third-Party Portals

RoutePro interacts with third-party job portals. We are not responsible for changes made by these portals, service interruptions on their end, or the accuracy of the data they provide. You use these integrations at your own risk.

5. Limitation of Liability

RoutePro is a tool to assist with efficiency. We are not liable for:

• Inaccuracies in routing caused by traffic, road closures, or mapping data.
• Any loss of business or reputation resulting from a failed SMS notification.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to secure your login credentials.

6. Data Use

You grant RoutePro permission to access your job portals solely for the purpose of retrieving job data and customer contact information necessary to perform the services requested. As outlined in our Privacy Policy, your customers' personal data is not stored permanently.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the service.
